		The Associate Directors provide services to all EIASE districts concerning all aspects of special education service delivery. PPS members with Collaborative teachers assigned to specific districts will be supervised in their day to day operations by the Associate Directors. Each Associate Director must be knowledgeable and up-to-date on regulations and their application to special education service delivery as well as EIASE policies and procedures. Each year, the department is responsible for developing inservices to share new information or changes in requirements regarding special education. New administrators and teachers within assigned districts are inserviced regarding the special education referral process and curriculum trends in the field of special education.
